AiFans — Terms of Service

1. Age Requirement (18+)

AiFans is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the app. If we reasonably believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate it immediately.

2. AI Disclaimer: What You Need to Know

AiFans is designed to provide highly realistic and engaging conversations, but it is critical to understand the nature of the technology you are interacting with:

• They are not human: AI personalities are fictional, computer-generated characters. They are not conscious, they do not have feelings, and they are not real people.
• Hallucinations and Inaccuracies: Everything an AI personality says is automatically generated. The AI can produce inaccurate, outdated, or entirely fabricated information (often called "hallucinations"). Do not rely on the AI for factual truth.
• Not Professional Advice: AI personalities are for entertainment and companionship only. They do not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. Always consult a qualified human professional for real-world issues.
• Not an Emergency Service: AiFans cannot dispatch help. If you are experiencing a crisis, a medical emergency, or thoughts of self-harm, immediately contact your local emergency services or a dedicated crisis hotline.
• Emotional Attachment: While it is normal to feel an emotional connection or attachment to an AI companion due to the realistic nature of the app, users should always remain aware that they are interacting with an artificial system.

3. Rules of Conduct

You agree to use AiFans responsibly. You may not use the app to:

• Generate, request, or promote any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative manner (this will result in immediate termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities).
• Promote illegal acts, violence, self-harm, or terrorism.
• Engage in hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or disrupt the app's infrastructure.
• Use the app for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

AiFans offers premium features through paid subscriptions.

• Apple Processing: All billing, payments, and subscription renewals are handled entirely by Apple via your Apple ID. We use RevenueCat solely to validate your purchase status. We never collect or store your payment card details.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Apple ID settings. Deleting the AiFans app or deleting your AiFans account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
• Refunds: Because Apple manages the transactions, all purchases are final and subject to Apple's refund policies. Any requests for refunds must be directed to Apple.

5. Account Deletion

You may stop using AiFans and delete your account at any time via the in-app settings. Deletion is permanent. Once initiated, your account profile, conversation history, and conversation memory are permanently removed from our active database.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We are constantly working to improve AiFans. We may update the AI models, adjust the memory systems, or modify features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free of errors or interruptions, and we reserve the right to suspend or discontinue parts of the service as needed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiFans and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, your interactions with the AI personalities, or any AI-generated content. You use the service and interpret its generated content entirely at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws based on where the service is provided, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction where the developer of AiFans operates, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your region dictate otherwise.
